K so as im going around the forums, i found 2 bugs

Firstly sig's
no matter how many times i check boxes, and change my signature, no matter what is doesnt appear under me. Most forums it does.

Secondly, styling
Bolding, italics, etc dont seem to work for me
idk why,, maybe bug maybe my cpu sucks
